2)Arranging an initial meeting or finding a suitable counsellor in our network for your needs
3)If you either decide you do not want a service at this point in time or do not respond to our initial contacts we may contact you again over the course of a year for up to 5 occasions for the following reasons:
(a) feedback about our service
(b) to see if you wish to access our service
(c) to inform you about special offers, changes in our service or
information we feel may be relevant to you
(d) asking if you want to be on our mailing list or
(e) otherwise as agreed through our contact
4) Recording information relevant to assessing our marketing campaigns (date and time contact made, how site was accessed etc)
We are not responsible for 3rd parties who may gather information from you in using our site and in using other sites on the internet. These include Google and Facebook who may save data in connection with your use of this site and others and for whom there are tracking codes on parts of the site. Any information saved by such organisations and available to us we will not pass on to parties out-with the Lighthouse Counselling Network except to professionals involved in assisting our marketing on the understanding that these details (never including name, email or phone numbers) will not be shared with third parties.
